Returns
You have 30 days to contact us about returning an item from the date you received it.

• If you are not satisfied with your item, we will issue a full refund once we receive the item back. Please email info@archbury.net to let us know you will be returning your item and reference your Order Number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. After we receive your item, Credit Card transactions will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank and PayPal transactions will be refunded within 1 to 2 business days.
• If you received a damaged item, please email pictures to info@arcbury.net and we will either ship out a new item or issue a refund.
